Overlooking the sea and the spectacular Pan di Zucchero, this spacious holiday home is the ideal choice for families and groups who wish to experience one of the most fascinating coastlines in Sardinia.
The true highlight is the view: from the panoramic terrace and the bedrooms, your gaze opens out onto the sea, the pool, and the evocative scenery of the Nebida coast. Every evening, you can admire stunning sunsets over the sea directly from your terrace.
The house is laid out over two levels:
Ground Floor: Living room with Smart TV and sofa bed, separate fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, and direct access to the panoramic terrace.
Upper Floor: Two double bedrooms, one spacious quad room (featuring one double bed and two single beds), and a second bathroom.
For maximum comfort, the house offers air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, linens and towels, and two private parking spaces.
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a courtesy kit including water, wine, and traditional Sardinian sweets.
Guests of the residence have access to the panoramic swimming pool with lifeguard service and 24/7 security. Self check-in is available.
The location is ideal for exploring the area: the center of Nebida is within walking distance, while Masua beach is approximately 1.2 km away.
Situated in one of the most evocative areas of south-western Sardinia, the house is the perfect starting point to visit Porto Flavia, Pan di Zucchero, Masua, Cala Domestica, and the spectacular scenic paths overlooking the sea, all easily accessible from the village.
Upon request, it is also possible to organize dinghy excursions along the coast to discover caves, hidden coves, and unique landscapes accessible only by sea.
