The Space:
This cosy stone studio offers an open-plan layout designed for a comfortable and relaxing village stay. The space includes a welcoming living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen-diner perfect for home cooking, and a private bathroom. A comfortable sofa bed also provides space for extra guests, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends. Outside, enjoy your own courtyard seating area, perfect for a morning coffee, al fresco dinner, or relaxing summer evenings under the lemon tree with a glass of wine.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy self check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival experience. Once you book, you’ll receive a link to your own guest portal where you’ll complete verification. Your check-in details will be unlocked once verification is complete, with your access code released a few hours before arrival to ensure a seamless and secure check-in process.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Potamiou, the neighbourhood offers a peaceful escape surrounded by mountain scenery, vineyards, and traditional village life. Potamiou is one of the well-known wine villages of the Limassol region, loved for its authentic character, stone-built homes, and beautiful natural surroundings.
The village is ideally located just a 8-minute drive from Omodos, as well as nearby Malia and other charming mountain villages, making it perfect for scenic drives, winery visits, hiking, and discovering local tavernas. Known for its wine production and traditional Cypriot treats like soutzoukos and zivania, Potamiou offers guests a true taste of rural Cyprus and a slower, more relaxed pace of life.
The area is also rich in history and culture. One of the village’s most important landmarks is the ancient chapel of Agios Mnasonas, dating back to around 300 A.D., along with its historic catacombs and holy relics. Guests can also visit the beautiful Venetian bridge on the southern side of the village, once connecting Potamiou with the historic villages of Vouni and Koilani, and explore nearby nature trails surrounded by vineyards and mountain landscapes.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easiest by car, allowing you to fully explore the beautiful Limassol wine villages, scenic mountain roads, local wineries, hiking trails, and nearby traditional tavernas at your own pace. Potamiou is ideally located just a short drive from popular villages including Omodos, Vouni, Koilani, and Malia, making it the perfect base for discovering the area.
Once you book, you’ll receive a link to your guest portal with local recommendations, helpful tips, and detailed information on getting around to help you make the most of your stay. Public bus routes are available, although they are limited, so we highly recommend hiring a car to get the most out of the area and explore nearby villages and attractions with ease.

Parking
When there are no events, Parking MAY be available inside the Church carpark, next to the Cafe. When this is not available, you can park anywhere on the road, or also on the road above the church.
Self-Catering & Starter Kit
The property is offered as self-catering accommodation rather than a hotel, giving you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy your stay at your own pace. To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with the essentials for your arrival, including toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods where applicable, a bottle of water, shower gel, shampoo and basic cleaning essentials. The starter kit is intended to get you settled in at the beginning of your stay. Please note that edible cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil and other food items are not provided. Consumable items are also not replenished throughout your stay. There are supermarkets, shops, bakeries and other amenities nearby where you can easily purchase anything else you may need.

Our professional team ensures the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every arrival. Freshly laundered and professionally ironed bed linen and towels are provided, so you can enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming space from the moment you arrive.
Travelling with Little Ones
Children under 2 stay free of charge. A travel cot is available for €20 per stay and includes a fitted bottom sheet and towel. A highchair can also be provided for €10 per stay. Please request these in advance so we can have them prepared for your arrival.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request through your guest portal for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Verification & Check-In
For security and compliance purposes, all guests are required to upload a valid ID and sign a short-term rental agreement before check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to your personal guest portal, where you can complete the required verification. Once the verification process has been completed, your check-in details will be released. For security purposes, the property's access code will only be provided one hour before your scheduled check-in time.

The link provided in your check-in message will take you to your personal guest portal, where you’ll find everything you need for your stay in one convenient place. Your portal includes your property guide, check-in and check-out instructions, and a local guidebook with recommendations for things to do, places to visit, restaurants and more.
