The villa in Jávea has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. The accommodation, modern and recently renovated, features 160 m² distributed on a single floor, offering spacious, welcoming and very bright spaces for a comfortable and relaxing stay.



The property features a spacious living-dining room with a large sofa, Smart TV and direct access to the covered terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals with views of the garden and swimming pool. The American-style induction kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The villa has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower. The master bedroom features a queen-size double bed, whilst the other two bedrooms are equipped with single beds. All rooms have air conditioning and heat pump heating to guarantee maximum comfort at any time of year.



The exterior of the property offers a wonderful private garden with a private swimming pool of 3x7 metres, sun loungers and spacious areas to relax in the sun. The covered terrace has outdoor furniture and a brick-built barbecue for wood or charcoal, ideal for enjoying meals and dinners outdoors. Additionally, the villa features a basketball hoop and a ping pong table for the entertainment of the whole family.
