SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The villa offers elegant and comfortable sleeping arrangements across three levels. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite enjoys complete privacy, with its own bathroom featuring a bathtub and a stunning glass-fronted shower with sea views. On the main floor, two double bedrooms share a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower, while a further bedroom with a nest-style bed for two guests benefits from its own en-suite bathroom. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.
The lower level features a second master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as two additional double bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. For added convenience, there is another toilet located in the spa and wellness area.
The lower floor functions as a fully equipped additional apartment, perfectly connected to the upper part of the villa, making it ideal for large families or groups wanting both togetherness and privacy. The two units can be completely separated by a lockable door on top of the stairs. This level includes a second fully equipped kitchen, another expansive lounge with a large TV and direct walk-out patio access, an additional master en-suite bedroom, and two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

🌊 A sophisticated Marbella retreat designed for guests seeking luxury, privacy, wellness, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. 1. Regular check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Guests who remain past 10:00 AM without prior agreement will be charged €100 per hour. 2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure. 3. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit. 4. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINER ON THE WAY DOWN TO ELVIRIA to prevent attracting rodents and insects. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance. 6. AC must be switched off when not in the villa. 7. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, up to additional 500 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers. 8. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts. 9. The gardener must be granted access to the villa, usually between 8-10:00 in the morning. The gardener won’t ring the bell. 10. The villa is located in a residential area and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected and music must be kept low after 22:00. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY THE OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 1000 EUR FINE. 11. Pets are allowed only upon approval and subject to a 200 EUR pet fee. 12. It is essential to close all shutters, lock up the property and arm the alarm when not in the villa and during the night. Lirios Village Marbella does not take responsibility for any loss or theft.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Take out all garbage (also from the bedrooms, please) 2. Load the dishwasher and put it on 3. If staff is not present on departure, leave all keys by the entrance, activate the alarm and close the door shut.
