The holiday house is located in the peaceful village of Donji Kašić, an ideal destination for relaxation and escaping the stress of everyday life, just 20–30 minutes’ drive from Zadar. Surrounded by nature and beautiful views of the Velebit mountain and the Novigrad Sea, it offers the perfect setting for families and larger groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway.
The house has been carefully designed to provide guests with both privacy and comfort. It consists of three separate accommodation units connected by a central common area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room.
The first accommodation unit is located on the ground floor and includes two bedrooms – one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and the other with a bed (120x200 cm). Guests also have access to a bathroom and a small living room, ideal for relaxing, reading, or unwinding.
Between the first unit and the main common area, there is a game room with table football, perfect for entertainment and socializing for all generations.
The second accommodation unit is located on the upper floor and has the same layout as the first one – two bedrooms with beds measuring 160x200 cm and 120x200 cm, a bathroom, and a cozy living area for relaxation.
The third unit is also situated on the upper floor and consists of three bedrooms with beds measuring 160x200 cm, 140x200 cm, and 160x200 cm, along with a bathroom.
Between the second and third units, there is an enclosed terrace equipped with a telescope, where guests can enjoy stunning views of nature, the Velebit mountain, and the Novigrad Sea.
In front of the house, guests can enjoy a spacious swimming pool of 48m² surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, an additional toilet, and a fully equipped summer kitchen, ideal for warm summer evenings and outdoor dining.
For the youngest guests, there is a small children’s playground behind the house, making this property an excellent choice for family vacations.
The location of the house is also perfect for exploring the natural beauty of Dalmatia and Croatia. Thanks to its excellent position in the Zadar region, guests can easily organize day trips to numerous national parks and natural attractions. Krka National Park, Paklenica National Park, and Plitvice Lakes National Park are all within comfortable driving distance, while the proximity of the sea, mountains, and untouched nature makes this location a perfect starting point for an active holiday and discovering the region.
