THE SITE:
Discover Casa Bicocca, an enchanting residence located at the top of a street of the same name, part of a delightful two-family house recently renovated. Accessible through a picturesque road in the Ligurian hinterland. Pay particular attention to the route to take to reach the house: from sea level you climb a steep, narrow road that becomes a two-way lane with curves and without side protections. Reduced night visibility due to the total absence of lighting. The route is not particularly suitable for inexperienced drivers, low-set-up vehicles or large SUVs. The road winds through woods and natural landscapes, culminating in a hamlet of a few houses that offers a breathtaking view of the sea, Arenzano and the Gulf of western Liguria. The property is surrounded by fences and a gate, with internal space to comfortably park one or more cars. This corner of paradise is the ideal place to regenerate immersed in silence and nature. The strategic position allows you to go trekking along the paths of the Altavia of the Ligurian Mountains and to explore routes dedicated to mountain biking. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the sea for a refreshing swim, making this location perfect for versatile and complete vacations. Ideal for families, groups of friends looking for a haven of peace, Casa Bicocca offers an authentic experience.
THE SPACE
To access the property, take some external steps from the courtyard to the garden level, from which you enter. On the first floor there is a large living room with dining area and living room equipped with sofas, as well as a spacious panoramic terrace ideal for outdoor dining. The eat-in kitchen is completely new and equipped, accompanied by a service bathroom with washing machine. Going up two flights of stairs you reach three bedrooms: one double and two with two single beds. A brand new bathroom with shower completes the layout of the rooms, offering comfort and functionality.
The house can therefore accommodate up to 6 people.
Bed and bath linen is included.
