We’re a family-run hosting business with a genuine passion for creating comfortable, welcoming spaces where guests can relax and feel at home. We love Manchester and have enjoyed creating a property that allows families, friends and groups to experience the city while still having a peaceful place to come back to.
As hosts, we take pride in the little details and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. We want every stay to feel easy, comfortable and memorable, and we’re always happy to help with recommendations or anything our guests may need during their stay.

We chose this area because it offers the perfect balance between being close to Manchester’s attractions while still providing guests with a quieter residential setting to return to after a busy day.
The property is particularly well placed for guests visiting the Etihad Stadium and Manchester City Football Club, as well as those wanting to explore Manchester city centre, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We love that guests can enjoy everything Manchester has to offer without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
It’s a great location for families, groups and visitors coming to Manchester for events, football, concerts or simply a city break.

We’ve designed E-Oceania with families and groups in mind, creating a spacious and comfortable home where everyone can enjoy spending time together.
One of our favourite features is the open-plan living space, which gives guests plenty of room to relax, socialise and enjoy their time together. We also have a pool table, making it easy to have some fun at home rather than having to go out every evening.
The property also offers gated parking, fast Wi-Fi and self check-in, making the stay as convenient and stress-free as possible.
We’ve recently refreshed and renovated the property to keep everything feeling modern, fresh and comfortable. We want guests to have more than just somewhere to sleep — we want E-Oceania to feel like a proper home away from home.
