Ideal for two guests, the accommodation features a comfortable double bed, a raised open-plan kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. A bright and practical space designed for enjoying a relaxing holiday by the sea.

Its main highlight is the pleasant terrace, where you can admire views of the Mediterranean Sea, the iconic Peñón de Ifach and the seafront promenade, making it the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outdoors or unwind at the end of the day.

Check-in procedure:

-Present a valid ID/passport for all guests.
-Security deposit by card: €150. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
-Payment for any additional services requested.

House rules:

-Smoking and parties are not allowed.
-Please respect the maximum number of guests stated in the reservation.
-Upon departure, please return the keys, dispose of rubbish and leave all used dishes clean.
-Pets: up to 5 kg and only with prior authorization.
