Loads of outdoor space in the peace and quiet and only a short walk to the village with pubs and restaurants.

The space
The house is approached up a quarter of a mile track. You first see the barn which is a stand alone spacious one double bedroom property. This has a beautiful open plan bedroom on the first floor with free standing bath and views off of the Downs. The ground floor has an open plan full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave etc. There is a shower room and toilet on this floor. You could have children on this floor if you wanted to be self contained from the main house. There is a lovely deck outside to appreciate the view.

Continuing past the barn the black gates in front open onto a sweeping drive which leads down to the main house and self contained annexe. It is on the drive down you first glimpse the stunning views.

The entrance hall to the house is double height with a galleried landing. This floor is mainly glass to the front with a large kitchen, dinning room and lounge. The lounge has a log burner and 3 very large seatees to accommodate multiple people.

The kitchen is designed for entertaining with breakfast bar stools, a breakfast table and sofas. This room opens out onto the patio and garden.

The dinning room is large enough for any group size with amazing views.

At the rear of the ground floor is a bedroom with ensuite, this could double up as a snug with the large sofa in there.

The first floor has a large master suite with wrap around terrace. The freestanding bath looks out over the view as does the shower. There is a walk in wardrobe and enclosed toilet.

The other three double bedrooms on this floor all have ensuites with the front one having a nice balcony to sit out on.

Moving down to the basement there is a lovely heated swimming pool, sauna that can easily fit 6-10 people, steam room, and shower room with toilet. This door has a keypad on it to remove the concern over children going in unsupervised.

If you are into keeping fit there is an equipped gym which looks out onto the pool.

The games room has a pub style pool table, dart board and ping pong table.

The last room on this level is the large cinema room which is a welcome treat at the end of a long day or just to relax and chill out in. We find that the children love this floor and it makes for a peaceful evening upstairs!

Next to the house as seen on one of the exterior shots is a garage and above this is a self contained studio. This has a large lounge bedroom opening into a terrace with room for seating and table. There is a kitchen with hob, microwave and dishwasher. The large ensuite has a shower. A great space for a couple or couple with a younger one to be away from the main house, but only a few steps and back in the main house.

The house is set on top of the North Downs. With a large garden surrounding the property and only one neighbour. It is an ideal and quiet location for anytime of the year. The sunrises and sunsets are stunning and with little light pollution it is easy to spot shooting stars and satellites going over at night.

There is a footpath across the fields down to Lenham (20 minute walk). Here you have 2 coffee shops, bakers, green grocers, 2 pubs, co-op and a few other shops. There are many pubs and restaurants around the area as well as Leeds Castle nearby, Eurotunnel 30 minutes and the coast about 35 minutes to Folkestone, Hastings and others.

Guests have access to the whole area, including the main house, the annexe which is next to the house and the barn which is just outside the gate.
