The property is beautifully located on a natural plot with panoramic views of the water/sea/fjord. The holiday apartment has electric heating and a cozy fireplace in the living room. Open kitchen with dishwasher and 100 l freezer. Free wireless internet, TV with NRK and TV2 as well as radio and CD player. Highchair and baby bed available. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Washing machine also available in the apartment. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with four single beds. There are three apartments in the house; one where the owner lives and two holiday apartments. Open and covered terrace with garden furniture and a practical garden grill. There are wonderful scenic surroundings with only 50 meters to lake Eiksåvannet with swimming opportunities from rocks and a pier. For those who like hiking, the nearest hiking trail starts only 50 meters from the door. It is approx. 4.9 km to the nearest grocery store and town, and 23 km to the nearest restaurant. A 15-foot boat is included in the price. The boat is moored at Eiksåvannet, only 50 meters from the apartment. The boat is equipped with GPS and mandatory safety equipment (lifebuoy, 4 emergency rockets, sea anchor, fire extinguisher and bucket). Life jackets are available. 2 parking spaces at the house in summer and winter. There is a sauna and a wilderness available for the guests of both holiday apartments.
