Coconest TWO: Floating Geodesic Dome Waterstay on a UNESCO Site

A geodesic dome built to float inside Tanjung Rhu cape in Langkawi. Packed with craftsman details and basic amenities, you will be experiencing a true meaning of Glamping. Immerse yourself in aquaculture, wake up facing sunrise, and relax in one of Langkawi’s unique stays.

Since we require a boat, here are some of the Boat Shuttle Rules:

Standard Rules:
1. Operating Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM and 7:30PM to 10PM. There are no boats between 6:00PM to 7:30PM.
2. The boat shuttle takes ~5 minutes and the Standard Time operates between 9:00HRS to 18:00HRS and requires 15 minute notice to coordinate a shuttle.
3. If you can't make it to our place within our Standard Time shuttle operating hours (past 6:00PM) we appreciate an advance notice to facilitate the shuttle driver. Any arrival or additional trips past 6:00PM will have to pay RM60 per trip and paid directly to the boatman.
4. Each day of booking comes with a complementary roundtrip shuttle within the Operating Hours. Any additional trips beyond the first (within Operational Hours) will be an additional RM60 per round trip.

Safety: Please note that the site has areas that does not have railings but we provide life vests and bouys throughout the site for safety. We also have staff onboard the majority of the time, but not 100% of the time.

Food: We will provide nasi lemak as a complimentary for breakfast which comes around 9:15am when our daytime crew comes to the platform.

For lunch there are options nearby floating restaurant or beach restaurant if you wish to try just let us know. The restaurants close at 6pm. We will arrange taxi boat for you or you can order for delivery to the Coconest. You may also bring groceries to cook as we will provide an electric grille, kitchen utensils and mini-fridge.

Meet at the Tanjung Rhu Mangrove Jetty and a boat shuttle will be arranged. Please inform us 15-30 minutes in advance prior to arrival so that all the arrangements can be made ahead of time and avoid delays.
