Borgo Climmena`s accessible two-room apartment is a barrier-free vacation home for rent for stays just 750 m from the Salento sea, in Torre Colimena, on the Manduria coast, along the Ionian arch.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, hob with induction plate, coffee maker, microwave, TV and hair dryer, mosquito nets on the windows, and exclusive patio.
On the property, which is fully fenced, there are outdoor shower and shared parking.
The accessible bilo with small access ramp and bathroom for the disabled can accommodate up to 4 beds.

The accessible bilo is one of several solutions offered by Borgo Climmena residence, a newly renovated residence located in a quiet area, in contact with a still authentic and unspoiled Mediterranean nature.
A ramp designed for the handicapped makes the front patio and entrance accessible even by wheelchair. The veranda is furnished with a table and chairs of exclusive use.
The living area is a practical open space furnished with table and chairs, 1 double sofa bed and open kitchenette.
The air-conditioned double bedroom and the totally accessible shower room complete the rooms.

Residence Borgo Climmena is located in Torre Colimena, a seaside resort on the Ionian coast of Taranto falling within the territory of Manduria. In summer all the main services are present.
The residence is located in a quiet area, just 750 m from the sea.
From here, the wonderful beach of the Salina dei Monaci nature reserve is less than 1 km away, with its dunes, the scent of Mediterranean maquis, the area of the salt marsh often frequented by pink flamingos, the soft beach and the crystal blue sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
