Located on the second floor of a quiet building (without elevator) , the house welcomes you with a bright open-space living area , a warm and convivial environment where you can relax after a day of hiking or working. The comfortable sofa bed and TV create the perfect corner for moments of relaxation, while the kitchen, modern and fully equipped, will allow you to prepare every meal in total freedom. Equipped with a microwave, kettle, dishes and utensils, it is enriched by a pretty peninsula that integrates harmoniously with the wooden dining area. From here you can access the Poggiolo, a pleasant outdoor area where you can sip a coffee in the morning or enjoy the tranquility of the evening.
The sleeping area has been designed to ensure rest and comfort. The spacious and bright double bedroom is furnished with an elegant wooden double bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe, creating a relaxing and welcoming environment. The second bedroom, single, has a TV and a practical desk, ideal for those who want to dedicate a few moments to work, reading or studying.
The bathroom, complete with all the sanitary ware, offers a comfortable bathtub with shower curtain, perfect both for a rejuvenating bath and for a quick shower before setting out to discover the territory.
One of Dimora Eugenea's greatest strengths is undoubtedly its location: the train station is easily accessible on foot, allowing you to travel comfortably to Padua, Venice and the other wonders of Veneto. Right in front of the building there are also several supermarkets and services, a convenience that makes the stay even more practical and pleasant.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and respect the structure, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the rest of your neighbors by avoiding annoying noises, loud music and noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment can only be occupied by registered guests at the time of booking.
It is recommended to take care of the furniture, appliances and all equipment in the accommodation.
Before going outside, make sure that lights, appliances, and stoves are turned off.
It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection during your stay. The waste disposal bins are placed on the side of the road in the immediate vicinity of the house. We ask you to respect local guidelines for waste separation.
Do not leave waste inside the apartment at the end of your stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture and furnishings without authorization.
Any damage or malfunction must be notified to the owner promptly.
It is recommended to close doors and windows every time you leave the apartment.
Check-out must be done at the agreed time to allow cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for subsequent guests.
