By seamlessly merging these historic structures, we have created a unique architectural gem that offers the perfect blend of generous space, safety, and timeless Perigordian charm, surrounded by the peaceful nature of Dordogne.

Designed to offer both convivial family moments and precious privacy, the layout of the house unfolds beautifully. To help you imagine your stay, the property features five double bedrooms: three spacious, private closed double bedrooms offering peaceful sanctuaries, and two versatile open double bedrooms that adapt to your family's needs. Together with three bathrooms, the house effortlessly accommodates multi-generational families or groups of friends.

The heart of our home lies in its three separate cozy living areas, perfect for relaxing with a glass of local Bergerac wine after a day of exploring. When it comes to outdoor living, you can follow the sun all day long thanks to our two distinct spaces: a welcoming front terrace, perfect for watching the quiet village life wake up with your morning coffee, and a deeply private rear terrace, ideal for intimate family dinners under the stars while listening to the gentle rustle of the countryside.
