If you wish to rent between weeks 35-42, that is fine, but a major renovation of the facade is being carried out. But contact Stugsommar and it is possible to rent at a reduced price. Here you live in a quiet and pleasant environment with access to a pool (summertime), perfect for relaxing days on Öland. You have a wonderful park-like garden where there is plenty of space to relax, and the nice shared pool area invites you to take a lovely swim. The apartment is newly renovated and tastefully decorated in harmonious colors that create a nice calm. An elevator is available. The open living room combines the living room and dining area in an airy and social way, with direct access to the cozy balcony where outdoor furniture awaits for nice breakfasts and warm evenings. From the bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 cm) the sea is beautifully visible in the distance. There is also a smaller extra mattress (70X170cm) for a child if desired. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with most things you may need during your stay. The fresh, fully tiled bathroom has a shower and a combined washing machine and dryer for extra convenience. For your convenience, there is an elevator in the house. The area offers something for everyone - a beautiful walk leads down to the sea for a refreshing swim, and nearby there are forests, exercise trails and a large concrete skate park. Here you also live close to Stora Alvaret, with fantastic nature experiences all year round. In Mörbylånga there are several nice restaurants and cafes that make your holiday extra enjoyable. There is a bus stop 300m away for those who want to easily get to Kalmar or Färjestaden. A perfect place for those of you looking for peace, high comfort and proximity to both nature and sea on beautiful Öland.
