Bedroom 2: A comfortable king zip & link bed—can stay as a king or split into 2 singles. TV in bedroom.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower, perfect for those with limited mobility.

Living/Dining: A massive open-plan space with a 55-inch Smart TV and an extendable dining table that seats up to 10 guests—perfect for team meetings or family feasts!

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, Ninja 10L Airfryer and a Tassimo coffee machine for that essential morning kick. Welcome box with sweets and treats waiting for you. Don't worry, we have the little stuff covered too - dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid, washing liquid tablets, surface cleaner.

Utility cupboard: Washing machine, dustpan, brush, mop, bucket, hoover, iron, ironing board and clothes air dryer.
