The holiday home is 85 square meters and has a 27-square-meter, partially covered terrace. It accommodates four people, with an optional fifth person. The living areas feature oak parquet flooring, while the bathrooms and hallway have terracotta tiles. The hallway, bathroom, and guest toilet are heated by underfloor heating.

The living areas have floor-to-ceiling windows with shutters and access to the terrace and courtyard. The living areas, bathroom, and terrace are wheelchair accessible.

The holiday home is non-smoking; smokers are welcome to smoke outside. Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
