The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as complete kitchenware.
Located in a vibrant and lively area of the city center, the apartment allows you to immerse yourself in the social life of the downtown area, surrounded by an excellent range of supermarkets and restaurants. The property is equipped to the highest standards: it has an elevator, air conditioning in all rooms, and central heating. For your total peace of mind, additionally and upon request, we provide a facilities management service during your stay to address any technical issues quickly, as well as an optional professional cleaning and linen change service (bedding and towels), allowing you to enjoy greater comfort according to your needs.
For temporary stays, regulations require the signing of a seasonal lease agreement. After signing it, and outside the platform's payment system, the security deposit and utility payments will be processed. Quiet hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

1. Access to the Property (Main Gate) The day before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link or QR code to open the main gate. Requirement: It is essential that your phone has an internet connection. Procedure: Activate the code only when you are in front of the gate. Upon doing so, the gate will unlock and you must push it immediately. Important: The code has a limit of 2 uses and a time validity. Do not perform tests before your arrival.
2. Access to the Apartment (Lockbox) In the same email where you received the link or QR code to open the main gate, you will have the code that you must use to open the Lockbox located on the apartment door. Go to the door of your unit. Key box: Enter the provided code into the lockbox located on the door. Keys: Remove the first set of keys to enter. Second set: You will find a second set of keys inside the apartment.
