Many of the pictures of the property are of beaches, tourist destinations, and landmarks that are no where near the property. You get the sense that everything is within walking distance when it is not.Host is not directly available by telephone. When you try to communicate by WhatsApp, you get an AI interface which is not helpful. Ultimately it directs you to call a phone number. But when you call, you get a message in WhatsApp that they do not accept voice calls.We were given the wrong code to access the apartment. It took over an hour trying to communicate with the host while we were sitting in a hallway with over 100F and high humidity with five suitcases before we were finally given the correct code. We know another guest had the same experience the same day, but she was smart enough to Uber back to the office to get the correct code instead of trying to do it over the phone.The apartment was not well stocked. No beach towels. Only two pods of coffee and five rolls of TP for a nine day stay. No drinking water.
