This apartment is exceptional for a couple, although it is small, it is very comfortable and cozy. It has one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a living room and a terrace with a view on the sea and the harbor. The beach is in front of the house and can be seen from the terrace, and right next to the beach is a basketball court. There is a small shop and a cafe about three to four minutes from the house. Restaurants are located in the neighboring town of Preko, a 20-minute walk along the sea. We have good connections with Zadar by ferry and boat.
