Outside, guests can fully enjoy relaxation thanks to several leisure areas: an elegant gazebo with a lounge area for peaceful moments, and a dining table with a sun umbrella, perfect for outdoor dinners accompanied by a good glass of wine.

The highlight of the property is the beautiful private pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.5 m), open from June 15th to September 15th, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower for maximum comfort. In the same area there is also an external bathroom with full facilities and a shower.

The outdoor amenities are completed by a barbecue for enjoyable meals with friends and an uncovered private parking area for 3 cars.

Internal description

Villa Smirra is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows. 1 baby cot is available on request. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: The entrance leads into a spacious living area with a warm rustic character, where tradition meets comfort. The space is arranged into a dining area with large wooden table and a lounge area with two sofa beds, one double and one single, enriched by a working fireplace, a wood-fired oven, and a tv.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes a fireplace, breakfast table, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, and direct access to the garden, creating a pleasant indoor-outdoor flow.

This floor is completed by 1 double bedroom with ensuite toilet and an additional bathroom with shower.

First floor: The sleeping area consists of 3 comfortable double bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms with showers. Guests also have access to a small independent terrace, ideal as a private relaxation corner.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); extra guests (up to a maximum of 3): 50.00€ per person per night. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
