Villa Pietrarosa is a characteristic and welcoming three-story age-old estate made of stone. It sleeps 19 people. From Villa Pietrarosa you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. Villa Pietrarosa is 230 square meters (2475 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a small private terrace, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Assisi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 700 meters (770 yards), a grocery store at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles) and the bus stop at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile).
You will reach Villa Pietrarosa from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Pietrarosa, you will need a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to ten cars. Please note that access to Villa Pietrarosa is along a 300-meter (980-foot) narrow unpaved road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, 1.45 meters (4.8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. The swimming pool area is partly shaded by a wood roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by awnings and by trees. It is equipped with armchairs and a wood bench and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Patio 2
The second patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning and by trees. It is equipped with armchairs and with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with deck chairs.

You will be able to enter the first living room from the first patio through an external access. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a divan bed for one guest (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door.
