These three houses, situated on a hilltop on a 2,000-square-meter lot, can accommodate twelve people, feature terraces covering over 300 square meters, and include a hot tub maintained at 38 degrees year-round. Large glass walls offer views of the sea, and all three houses have underfloor heating. Harka is a ten-minute drive from Norrtälje.



The main house, at 75 square meters, features an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining area, and living room arranged around a fireplace with a glass door. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and two full-height refrigerators. The 35-square-meter studio is decorated with retro wallpaper. The 10-square-meter lakeside cottage accommodates two adults and one child.



The terraces are distributed around the buildings so that you can always find sun or shade. The hot tub, the four-burner propane grill, and the outdoor stove make the patio usable all day long. The property features a playhouse, a trampoline, and classic Grythyttan rocking chairs. Below the property, you can take a dip from the rocky beach or go perch fishing at the sandy beach 200 meters away.



Norrtälje, with its cobblestone streets, cafés, and restaurants, is accessible by car. The town features a public swimming pool, a ski slope with a lift, mountain bike trails, golf, hiking trails, and a small movie theater. Sunsets over Norrtäljeviken paint the sky orange and blue. A day cruiser with a 90 hk outboard motor can be rented for 5,000 kr per week to explore the archipelago; a boating license is required.
