The Space:

A comfortable apartment, ideal for families or a group of friends, located in a modern complex with access to a free SPA zone in the building. Bright, harmoniously furnished interiors promote relaxation and rest. The apartment is designed for up to 6 people, providing a comfortable space for spending time together and relaxing.



A spacious and bright living room is the perfect place to unwind. There is a comfortable sofa bed opposite the TV with cable channels, allowing you to relax while watching your favorite movie or program. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the balcony exit allows you to enjoy a view of the peaceful, green courtyard.



From both the living room and the two bedrooms, you can step out onto a furnished balcony, which overlooks a green, inner courtyard. It's the perfect place for a moment of outdoor relaxation.



The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. Next to it is a dining table with chairs, where you can comfortably enjoy a meal together or have your morning coffee. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared.



The main bedroom features a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and pleasant bedding, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep.



The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, 90 cm wide - an ideal solution for children or additional guests, providing comfort and privacy.



In the bathroom with a shower, hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA zone, which includes: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Use of the facilities is subject to availability.

Its exceptional location – right next to the historic Old Town – means all the most important tourist attractions are within a short walking distance. On the ground floor of the building, guests have access to restaurants, a café and a grocery store, ensuring full comfort during their stay.
