An additional advantage is the sunny balcony with views of the river and city, which is an ideal place for morning coffee or a moment of relaxation.



The modern kitchenette has been designed with convenience and full functionality in mind. Guests have at their disposal: a microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. An additional advantage is a practical island, perfect for everyday meals or morning coffee. Next to it is a dining table with chairs, creating a comfortable place for shared meals. A welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared for guests' convenience.



The first bedroom is furnished in an elegant and cozy way. It includes a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a TV with cable channels and Smart TV placed opposite the bed.



The second bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for storing belongings. It is an intimate, quiet space ensuring comfortable sleep and privacy.



The apartment offers two bathrooms, which significantly increases the comfort of the stay. One of them, accessible directly from the bedroom, is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.



The second bathroom has a shower, providing guests with even greater comfort and functionality during their stay. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, and soap, are prepared for guests.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA area, which includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Use of the amenities is possible depending on availability.



The apartment includes a parking space in the garage. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.50 meters.
