このきわめて清潔なユニットは、最近新しいフロア、カーペット、新しいキャビネット、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、器具を備えた設備の整ったキッチンでアップグレードされました。 3ベッドルーム、2つのバスタブ（シャワーとバスタブ）、高エネルギー、超大型洗濯機と乾燥機、車庫2台分のスペース、高速インターネット、フラットスクリーンテレビ、ステレオシステム、バルコニーからのオーシャンビュー。等 これらの月間に6月1日から9月9日まで利用可能で、土曜日から土曜日まで毎週賃料を徴収します。 このユニットは、9月中旬から5月31日までの9ヶ月間のリースで賃貸します。

All you need to being is your clothes, it has everything you need, bikes, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, games and you are just steps from the sand. Perfect location to the beach, Newport Pier, restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place

We had such a wonderful stay! We’ve used other rental properties in the area before, and this home was beautiful. Very well stocked, clean and fresh linens, unbeatable location. Hosts were very communicative and welcoming! We absolutely hope to be back in the future. Thank you so much!

Girls Getaway

Great location! Great home! Close to everything!Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of windows to allow for natural light and airflow. We enjoyed using the bikes and beach towels & chairs provided. We hope to return and enjoy again!!

Beautiful home in great location

We loved our stay! The condo is equipped with everything you need, clean, and very well maintained. It is great to sit on the balcony and see the ocean.

Absolutely amazing

This is the perfect location. It’s close to the beach yet far enough away from the boardwalk to be quiet at night. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved this place!!

Such a nice place and a beautiful location. Loved being able to park the truck in the garage and rear after busy days at Disney. Easy Uber to the airport.

Great location and huge garage space with lots of beach supplies. Perfect spot for our family getaway. Joe was a gracious host and always available for anything we needed. We will stay here again!

Incredible location

Located just 60 feet or so from the beach and boardwalk on Newport Beach, this house was incredible. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and this might be the most equipped and well stocked house for all of your needs on your vacation stay. It is truly a gem, and we will stay here again!

Great location, incredibly comfortable/cozy and clean! The owners were very communicative and helpful when we got a “tad” lost. Walking distance to the beach, eateries, and shops. Our teenaged kids loved it - would 100% come back for our next beach get-away!

Joan and Joe have both loved Newport Beach since our early teenage years. We did not know each other then, but after we were married we had a dream to own something near the beach. When we saw this unit being built in 1989 we decided that this would be the place as it is in a perfect location close to beach, restaurants, the pier, board walk, etc.
