Hi, Thank you very much for your kind review. Over the last 20 plus years that we have been doing this we have received nice reviews and some had suggestions that we liked and took action to do it for the next clients. One recently was to just have a tea pot and another was to have a pizza cutter. Another was a request to have bikes and since we have such a large garage we felt that we could even accommodate that. Anyway we have made many changes over the years to the point that we do not get many of those anymore, but we would still welcome them. We would love to have you back again sometime soon. Hi Lisa, Thank you for the positive words on our location and that the unit is fully equipped. So far on this before your stay we have received 49 5-star reviews and only 1 4-star review from a person who wished we had air conditioning. We are not sure why you gave us the 4-star review, but if it was for the air conditioning, we do disclose on the VRBO unit features that like most units on the peninsula, we do not have AC. It rarely gets very hot as we are only a few houses from the ocean. Even when it does, the nights cools off so it is still easy to sleep.. Thanks for staying at our unit. Regards, Joan and joe

So glad you enjoyed your stay at our place in Newport. We selected this location many years ago as it was so conveniently located to restaurants, the beach and shopping.
