このきわめて清潔なユニットは、最近新しいフロア、カーペット、新しいキャビネット、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、器具を備えた設備の整ったキッチンでアップグレードされました。 3ベッドルーム、2つのバスタブ（シャワーとバスタブ）、高エネルギー、超大型洗濯機と乾燥機、車庫2台分のスペース、高速インターネット、フラットスクリーンテレビ、ステレオシステム、バルコニーからのオーシャンビュー。等これらの月間に6月1日から9月9日まで利用可能で、土曜日から土曜日まで毎週賃料を徴収します。このユニットは、9月中旬から5月31日までの9ヶ月間のリースで賃貸します。

Amazing place

We had such a wonderful stay! We’ve used other rental properties in the area before, and this home was beautiful. Very well stocked, clean and fresh linens, unbeatable location. Hosts were very communicative and welcoming! We absolutely hope to be back in the future. Thank you so much!

Girls Getaway

Great location! Great home! Close to everything!Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of windows to allow for natural light and airflow. We enjoyed using the bikes and beach towels & chairs provided. We hope to return and enjoy again!!

Excellent Location Steps from the Beach

This property was perfect for our family - plenty of space and an easy walk to the beach and everything Newport has to offer. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Having dedicated parking in a garage was great. And the host was incredibly responsive.

Beautiful home in great location

We loved our stay! The condo is equipped with everything you need, clean, and very well maintained. It is great to sit on the balcony and see the ocean.

Excellent stay

Beautiful property, perfect location. So nice to have bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards & beach toys. Great communication with the owners. Very comfortable for the whole family! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic! Would give 6 stars if possible!

Great location and huge garage space with lots of beach supplies. Perfect spot for our family getaway. Joe was a gracious host and always available for anything we needed. We will stay here again!

Absolutely amazing

This is the perfect location. It’s close to the beach yet far enough away from the boardwalk to be quiet at night. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved this place!!

Such a nice place and a beautiful location. Loved being able to park the truck in the garage and rear after busy days at Disney. Easy Uber to the airport.

Incredible location

Located just 60 feet or so from the beach and boardwalk on Newport Beach, this house was incredible. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and this might be the most equipped and well stocked house for all of your needs on your vacation stay. It is truly a gem, and we will stay here again!

Cozy beach vibes :)

Great location, incredibly comfortable/cozy and clean! The owners were very communicative and helpful when we got a “tad” lost. Walking distance to the beach, eateries, and shops. Our teenaged kids loved it - would 100% come back for our next beach get-away!

Wonderful getaway.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The space is large and everyone felt like they had their own space. We were so close to the beach you could hear the waves and smell the salt air. The location is great. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful beach duplex

This place is just awesome, great location, plenty of beach toys and equipment, bikes, the works! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, communication with the owner was super easy and all the directions were very accurate. The house was extremely clean and it is a great layout for families or multiple couples. Can’t say enough about this property, just a great stay all around!

Walk down Memory lane!

We lived in CA 1980 through 2001. Grew up taking the bus to the Pier and staying all day at the beach. Loved the local flavor of the food. Loved the place we stayed. Overall great time.

Perfect Property and Best Location!!

This property was THE BEST! It was clean and had everything available! Bikes beach essentials the kitchen was loaded!! The location was PERFECT! You could walk less then 10 minutes to food and fun. We would 100% stay here again!!

Fabulous beach house

This beach house has everything you need and more ! Steps to the beach while able to get off the peninsula in a convenient manor was key to our selection as was the garage because parking can be a pain. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys , bikes are all available for your use. Easy check in & friendly communication . Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home . We will be back

Family Time

The place was immaculate, owners are an absolute pleasure and very accommodating. All of the kitchen amenities were wonderful. The distance to the beach is like 30 seconds!

Joan and Joe have both loved Newport Beach since our early teenage years. We did not know each other then, but after we were married we had a dream to own something near the beach. When we saw this unit being built in 1989 we decided that this would be the place as it is in a perfect location close to beach, restaurants, the pier, board walk, etc.
