The space
The heart of the house is open-plan: a kitchen built around a central island, flowing into living space, with the deck and estuary beyond. The triple-aspect sitting room has French doors to the terrace and a log burner for cooler evenings. Light moves through this house all day.
Five bedrooms, four with estuary views. Two have their own private balconies and ensuites — wake up to the water and step straight out to it. The family bathroom has a freestanding bath and a drench shower, with views over the estuary as you soak.

Below the deck, a mature, secluded garden. A private drive takes up to five cars. The whole house is exclusively yours.

Bideford 3.5 miles. Barnstaple 6.5. Croyde and Exmoor both under 40 minutes.
