Wittering Sands is a spacious harbour-view home made for family gatherings, sailing weekends and special stays by the coast. Set on the lagoon overlooking Chichester Harbour, the house enjoys wide views towards the Witterings, Chichester Cathedral and the South Downs.

The location is hard to beat: Hayling Island Sailing Club is around a 5-minute walk away, with Eastoke Beach, Sandy Point Nature Reserve and Sparkes Marina all close by. The marina’s bar and restaurant are just a short stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the water, beach and local food without needing to drive.

Inside, the house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a separate WC and generous living space, giving families and groups plenty of room to relax, cook, eat and spend time together. It is ideal for celebrations, multi-generational stays, sailing trips, beach breaks or simply a peaceful escape with beautiful harbour views.

I love this part of Hayling Island because it has such a peaceful, coastal feel. The house sits by the lagoon with views across Chichester Harbour, towards the Witterings, Chichester Cathedral and the South Downs. The light, tides, boats and big skies make it a very special place to spend time.

It is also a brilliant location for enjoying the area without needing to over-plan. Hayling Island Sailing Club is around a 5-minute walk away, Eastoke Beach and Sandy Point are close by, and Sparkes Marina, with its bar and restaurant, is just a short stroll from the house. It is ideal for sailing weekends, beach breaks, nature walks and relaxed time together.
