Excelente experiencia Un lugar mágico desde donde recorrer la isla con facilidad Positive: El verde

An excellent experience. A magical place from which to explore the island with ease : The greenery, the service, the peace and quiet The sun loungers The reading areas The flowers. The staff were very friendly The prior communication via WhatsApp Lacked consistency. I requested a gluten-free breakfast but didn’t know I’d be getting it until the morning itself (72 hours later) And they wrote in English whilst I was writing in Spanish The room didn’t have a door on the bathroom. Not very comfortable

Thank you, Veronica, for sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tranquility, our greenery, and the friendly service provided by our staff. Your kind words about the magical atmosphere and our facilities warm our hearts. We're sorry for the inconsistency you experienced with our communication, and the lack of clarity regarding the gluten-free breakfast request. This feedback is valuable, and we are actively addressing this to enhance our communication process. Additionally, we are looking into the issue with the bathroom door in your room to ensure maximum comfort for our guests. We hope to welcome you back soon. GuestReady Team
