Our family had a great time staying at this property. The kids all loved fishing and it is so close to Holiday World that it made for a fun getaway!

The house was perfect for our family stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The grandkids spent lots of time in the game room and loved it. We want to make it an annual trip!!!!

This a a great property for large families with kids of all ages. We had all adults over 18 but they became kids again while enjoying fishing in the pond, playing video games, connect four, and ping pong in the garage, and playing outdoor games while we grilled. You are no more than 7 min from anything in Santa Claus and a short drive to neighboring cities it you need a CVS, wal mart, dunkin donuts, etc. In addition to Holiday World and local things in Santa Claus, we took a day trip to Louisville and hit the Kentucky Derby museum, a distillery tour, and the Louisville slugger bat factory. There’s plenty to do in the area and it was a great experience. The host was very responsive and we made some great memories as a family.

Family Fun

We stayed at Mistletoe Manor for our annual getaway with our kids, in-laws and twelve grandkids. This property worked perfectly for our group! From the fishing, large gathering spaces to the large play area in the 3 car attached garage…we enjoyed everything. The owners have supplied some great toys and craft things for kids along with fishing poles and tackle. We had one minor issue and the owners were extremely responsive and quickly resolved it. This property will not disappoint. We will definitely consider the property again for our annual family retreat.

Room for everyone and fishing was awesome

We had a great time at Mistletoe Manor. Our family of 8 adults and six kids had more than enough room to do things together and have enough space to sit and read if you wanted quiet time.The fishing, game room and extra bonus/sun room were fantastic. The fish in the catch and release pond were huge and the grandkids has a blast!We cooked all our meals at the house during or week long stay. So often kitchens don’t have good pots and pans but not the case at Mistletoe Manor. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. The extra fridge in the game room area was a bonus!And Holiday World was so close! We hope to visit again and will definitely look to stay at Mistletoe Manor.

We had a wonderful stay here. Our grandkids loved the surprised game/playroom. They also enjoyed decorating tree ornaments for the tree even in the summer time. Everything was very spacious and comfortable. It’s a great place to have a family get together. We enjoyed Holiday World while we were there too! I would highly recommend Mistletoe Manor!

Church group retreat

It was a wonderful place for our church worship team to stay, study, and grow together. We really enjoyed the large eating room and the outdoor lake area.

Christmas in September

Mistletoe Manor was great. Everyone loved all the room indoors and out and the holiday decorations to add to the theme. Holiday World is so close. The house had everything we needed and more. The weather was beautiful and the kids enjoyed fishing in the pond. We would love to go back again.

Great vacation place

Great house. We enjoyed all aspects of the house- lots of bedrooms, outdoor patio and grill, banquet room where we had a card tournament every night, large rooms, and close to Holiday World. Great place to vacation and I would recommend it to anyone! We have stayed here several times and I hope it won’t be the last.

Mistletoe Manor was great. We had 10 adults and 11 kids. There was plenty of room. The catch and release pond on the property was a big hit. We would definetly go back again.

Fabulous home for our whole family

The house and property was amazing! It was just perfect for our family reunion of 17, with age ranges of 18-80+. The house has a great layout, plenty of space for us to spread out, as well as all hang out together. The banquet room was great for meals and also playing games. Everything was clean, beautiful, and the kitchen was stocked which made cooking a breeze for our large group. We hope we might get to stay again if we visit Santa Claus again.

great home for family vacation

We had a great stay at Kara's home. We had 8 adults and 5 children. All the rooms were large and comfortable. The 5 bathrooms were a big plus. The large room in the back of the house was especially fun, where we enjoyed games and puzzles and eating meals sometimes. The property was very fun for us - we enjoyed the firepit, basketball goal on the large driveway, ping pong table, and outdoor furniture, and the space to play frisbee and catch. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious and all the appliances worked great. Holiday world and the attractions of Santa Claus were very close, as well as several parks.
