A sunny beach front 1 bedroom apartment with a stunning view of the bay. Located in new building on the maritime promenade residential area, which includes extensive patio, children playground, cafeteria-bar, and huge community pool. Grass- bench area at the side of the buiding. The maritime promenade is a nice seaside walk of about 5-6 km along the bay. There is the Jucar river mouth in one side of the bay and the lighthouse standing on a rocky promontory on the other side. Ideal for a family of 3-4 (4 if 2 are children), or two couples as we have two apartments in the same building!. Each couch turns in 1 individual bed. You can have acces to Internet by BOOKING on arrival the Wifi Acces at a computer company in town. You need to bring to them your computer or laptop and pay an small fee and they will provide to you wifi acces at our apartment. Bathroom recently remodeled and double matress brand new.
