There are other guests and tenants who will be in the house at the same time as you. They have access to the communal facilities as do you. It is a friendly and social atmosphere in the house whilst obviously respecting people`s privacy in their room.

The house is not setup for elderly people or those with mobility issues, the shower is in the bath tub and we do not have access bars or other support mechanisms.

As there are 6 other people staying in the house there will be occassional noise from the other rooms.

Before your stay, please carefully read and agree to the following terms to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone involved.

House Rules: By booking and staying in our apartment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our house rules. These rules include, but are not limited to:

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment. If you have any special needs or requirements related to service animals, please inform us in advance.

No Parties/Events: Our apartment is located in a residential area, and out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties and events on the premises.

No Smoking: We are a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, including balconies and common areas. (Smoking penalty Fee - £300)

Registered Guests Only: Only the guests who have booked and been registered are allowed to stay at the apartment. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.

Respectful Noise Level: We kindly ask that you keep the noise level down to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents in the building.
Key Responsibility: During your stay, you will be provided with a set of keys to access the apartment. Please take extra care of these keys and ensure they are not lost or misplaced. In the event of lost keys, you will incur a replacement fee as detailed below.

Lost Keys: In the unfortunate event of lost keys, you will be charged a replacement fee of £250. This fee will be deducted from your security deposit or charged separately, depending on the situation.

Damage and Furnishings: We take pride in our apartment and have furnished it with care. During your stay, please treat the apartment and furnishings with the same care and respect. If any damage occurs to the apartment or its furnishings during your stay, please inform us immediately.

Reporting Damages: If you notice any damage to the apartment or furnishings upon check-in or during your stay, please report it to us promptly. We will conduct a thorough inspection after your departure, and any unreported damages may result in additional charges.
By confirming your booking and staying in our home, you agree to these terms of agreement.

Residents are kindly reminded to maintain a shared living environment by adhering to communal cleanliness standards. This includes responsibilities such as promptly emptying the dishwasher after use, ensuring the tidiness of shared spaces like bathrooms, and demonstrating mindfulness towards fellow tenants and guests. Your cooperation in upholding these practices contributes to a harmonious and comfortable living experience for everyone.
