Mumbles offers fashionable boutiques, cafes, international and traditional cuisine restaurants and a selection of ice cream parlours including Verdi's, Joe's, Ripples and Castellamare. The popular sea front promenade stretches from Mumbles pier to Swansea Marina (approx. 4 miles). Underhill Park is nearby with its many football and rugby pitches, children's play area and woodland walks.
Langland Bay and Caswell Bay are less than 5 minutes in the car. There is a local pub within 100 yards, there is a newsagent which doubles as a convenience store, and a superb local butchers within a minutes' walk.
