Check in was fine, they wanted to sell their concierge services to you with a presentation in order to get your resort bands. Pools were nice. They closed them and didn’t tell you but we received messages of them reopening. Very close to beach which is what we wanted. Elevators were sometimes a wait. (Only 4 total for a 25 floor building). Close to almost everything food/entertainment wise.

We had a great time. Check i not fast. Once at the counter they had us go across the room to acros the rto get our key/wrist bands. During this they attwmpted to schedule a meeting with us yye next day at noon..offered Disney restaurants and coupons and nn wasacro

NASP worlds archery

We originally booked this for its location to the Ocean center convention center for the NASP worlds archery tournament. Our son’s team canceled last minute but we kept the trip booked and had a great time! The location was awesome, the room was a great size, walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is stocking dry measuring cups for baking.

We loved this room and resort!

This property beats all other properties in the strip. Between the pools, the awesome room, the wonderful staff it just felt nice and professional. Easy check in process. Lots to do within walking distance. Definitely recommend

Excellent Site - very well run

Only suggestion would be to purchase the pool deck cleaner a battery operated blower. His gas blower is very load. He must wake up the entire facility at 7:00 am each morning.

Decent stay

Elevators are a real problem... not sure what can done, but 4 Elevators for a 25 story building, kids running around...waited as long 55 minutes two different times...

Close to everything!

We enjoyed our visit! The kids had plenty to do on site and we even took advantage of the water park and the arcade across the street. The unit was the perfect size for us, enough room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Checking in at the front desk was a chore. To get the wrist bands to go anywhere they ask you 100 questions and then hit you up for their stupid presentation. Do NOT waste your time with that garbage. Time shares haven’t changed and that’s 90 min of your vacation you won’t get back. Also, if you want a place on the pool deck, you need to be out there when they open or you are SOL. Thankfully, the beach had some places available for us to relax and we could go to the pool deck when we wanted. Other than those 2 things, it was a great place to stay and we would recommend it to others.

Very nice facility

The facility was great, the room was well stocked and clean, my only complaint was the check in process was a nightmare it was almost 8 before we got to our room.

2022 Family Vaca

We had 8 people in our party so we rented 2 - 2 bedroom condos. We had asked that they were close and they put us right next to each other which was so nice! The condos were spacious, clean, and pretty. We all the loved the balconies as well. EVERYONE of the employees was very kind and professional. We were concerned due to the ages of the kids but it was perfect for both the 6 year olds and the 13 year olds. They all want to come back next year. This year's vacation was a win!

We enjoyed our stay very much even with some of the issue with Covid 19

Once there I learned our friends rented the unit directly next door and they said you guys own all the units on the 14th floor. I have many investment properties in my home town and would be interested in picking your brain on the rental business with condos in this area or other areas in Florida. Thanks

Wonderful spring break

Condo was as described and actually bigger than I thought. Plenty of space for my husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters. Perfect location in the heart of all the activity. The only drawback was the check in process. Extremely slow and disorganized...took almost an hour and we were there after 4pm. Checkout was a breeze and the resort is very clean and well maintained. The elevators can be slow at peak times but that’s what happens at a busy resort! Donna was a pleasure to work with and if we decide to go back we would rent here again and will recommend to others!

Beautiful Place with an Amazing View.

We had a great time here and hated to leave. Everything was in very nice condition and the beach access with no vehicles was awesome. We will come back someday, until then we will enjoy the memories. Would highly recommend for couples and families. Plenty of stuff to do for everyone.

Our condo was perfect. Perfect size for our family of 2 adults 2 small children (4 n 6)(plenty of room for more). The beds were so comfortable. Everything we needed was in the room. Owners were really nice anytime I contacted them. Awesome Vacation Spot
