overall, I was surprised and delighted how clean and spacious copy was almost felt like it was out of a magazine design the host where welcoming and friendly I loved my stay.

We’ve been to Franklin several times and this is the best place we’ve stayed at by far. The loft is beautiful and meticulously maintained. It’s an easy/beautiful walk from the loft to all of the activities in downtown Franklin. The hosts were a great and we can’t wait to come back again!!!

I enjoyed a retreat-like stay in the most wonderful, relaxing, safe, beautiful, well furnished, clean and updated loft! David and Deen are the most gracious of hosts, and made my stay delightful - from the treats on the island, to the nice bottle of Chardonnay in the refrigerator, I had everything I needed and more. I look forward to staying with them again!

Well done place, and in a great area for accessing town. Well stocked with everything needed for a 4 day stay. Typically, we always want a deck/porch, or yard, which this place did not have, however it was not advertised as having such. It is definitely a nice and worth the price, even though we missed one of our requirements when renting.

The Loft apartment was wonderful in so many ways! The location to the historic downtown in Franklin was very walkable, but also an quick drive. The Loft itself was so welcoming and had everything you could ask for. The kitchen was well-equipped, even though we did not cook because Franklin has so many great restaurants. (Merridee's for breakfast, Red Pony and Leiper's Fork for evening meals) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Loft!The weather was a little rainy during our stay, and the Loft was equipped with umbrellas too! Very thoughtful extras!

Perfect location to walk to downtown Franklin. Hosts were great to talk to. We were given a nice tour of apt when we arrived. Apt provided all the comfort of home!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this loft. The location was wonderful, spotless, and had absolutely everything you could ever need for a stay. Owners were very sweet and also very helpful at suggesting where to eat and things to do. This was the best equipped place we have ever stayed. Was in a beautiful neighborhood and close to downtown. Highly recommend for one couple or family of four using the pullout. Washer and dryer was a plus. Franklin is such a lovely town and beautiful area. So many great places to eat and wonderful shopping. Music in some of the restaurants and pubs downtown. Take time to go to Lieper’s Fork; shop n have coffee in the little town and take in a music show at Fox and Locke.

This was our third stay at Dave and Deens property. It is like arriving at our second home each time. Such great hosts and the property is always clean and welcoming. This truly feels like our second home in Tennessee.

Perfection in Downtown Franklin

Can’t say enough good things about the loft and our hosts David and Deen! A beautifully appointed loft with every possible detail considered. The location was perfect to walk into town but yet quiet and restful. We cannot wait to come back!

Great location

Check in was fantastic, owner met us and walked us through the property, very personal compared to the commercial ones we usually stay in. Lots of extra, thoughtful touches, coffee and filters, take out menus, bottle of wine, bathroom products, etc. property was private and quiet, quick 15 minute walk to downtown. Lots of great restaurants in the area, quick uber to other attractions as well. We would definitely stay there again!!

Great location and loft

Very nice place - very clean and easy to live in. Would definitely recommend for extended stays and as a jumping off point to see Franklin. I'd absolutely stay here again if I were in the area.

Perfect Location
