The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen with an open dining area and direct access to the terrace. From here, you can enjoy the view of the harbor—whether you’re cooking together or sipping your first cup of coffee in the morning sun. The living room, equipped with a smart TV, invites you to relax, while a spacious desk offers room for hobbies. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.



You can park conveniently in front of the house, and there’s space for bicycles and e-bikes in the garage, which includes a charging station. A washer and dryer are available in the basement. The quiet location by the harbor basin offers a relaxed atmosphere for your stay.



A 15-minute walk takes you to the dike—perfect for sunrises, swimming, or a picnic. The Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, is right on your doorstep. The Hafenschnecke restaurant is within walking distance, and cities like Oldenburg, Leer, and Groningen are ideal for day trips.
