Welcome to Bjällansås on the scenic Bokenäset peninsula – a place where tranquility, the sea, and the Bohuslän archipelago set the tone for your holiday. The apartment is situated in the front row, closest to the sea, within a pleasant residential community featuring modern holiday homes—comprising semi-detached houses and small clusters of buildings—just a stone's throw from the water. The surrounding area offers opportunities for saltwater swims, forest walks, and a coastal landscape that invites both relaxation and exploration. Built in 1993 and renovated in recent years, the property offers a bright, fresh apartment with a modern feel. The hallway provides space for outerwear, and directly adjacent is the bathroom, equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and shower. The kitchen and living room share an open, sociable layout featuring a dining area and a seating area, while the sea-facing balcony offers a fantastic view. The apartment has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed (two 80 cm beds) featuring a large mattress topper. The second bedroom contains a full-sized single bed (90 cm) as well as a practical, simpler fold-down upper bunk (80 cm) that can be easily lowered when needed. From Bjällansås, you have an excellent location for exploring some of Bohuslän’s most popular attractions. Meet the animals at Nordens Ark, go swimming and catch crabs in one of the many nearby coves, or take a drive to the charming villages of Fiskebäckskil and Grundsund. You can also take the ferry to Lysekil, where you’ll find Havets Hus, cosy ice cream cafés, and lovely surroundings to explore. For those seeking more activity, there are opportunities to rent a kayak, hit the hiking trails, or join a boat tour through the archipelago. You might also want to take a day trip to Smögen with its famous wooden pier, or visit Tjörn and the Pilane Sculpture Park. At the same time, there is every reason to simply stay put and enjoy the local area. Take a morning dip from the rocks, spend the day at the beach, or gather the family at one of the barbecue areas for an open-air dinner. Families with children particularly appreciate having accommodation so close to the beach—the little ones can easily pop inside for a rest or a snack without the whole family having to pack up the car. There is also a playground on-site. The area is hilly and features some stairs, but the reward is the constant proximity to sea views.
