Before check-in, guests may be required to complete a secure pre-arrival verification form. This helps us confirm booking details and maintain the safety of the home. The link will be provided through Airbnb messaging after your reservation is confirmed.

Additional Fees & Optional Protection (Please Read Before Booking)
To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply:
• Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of 32.10cad per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book.
• Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.

Extra Guest Fee:
Entire space accommodates 16 individuals. Additional guests are allowed up to 22 people for an extra cost of 150cad each per night (select your total group for auto-calculation of total cost).
