There are several idyllic villages nearby, including Moulton itself and Middleton Tyas (1.5 miles), or you could head up into the North Pennines (18 miles). There are several charming towns with plenty for you to discover including Northallerton (13.5 miles), Thirsk (21.5 miles) and Yarm (15 miles), which is set on the banks of the River Tees.


Stepping into this lovely Grade II-listed property, an elegant entrance hall leads you through to the welcoming lounge, which is an ideal, cosy space to relax in, with a Smart TV, a DVD player, plenty of comfortable seating, and a wood burner. The living space flows effortlessly into the stylishly designed and tastefully decorated kitchen, you will find an attractive dining table and all the appliances you’ll need for your self-catering stay. Exploring this single-level period property further, you will find two characterful and spacious bedrooms, each with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed which can be made up as twin beds on prior request. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the second has an en-suite shower room. Both have charming feature fireplaces.


Heading outside, you will find a charming enclosed walled garden with a sheltered stone patio and furniture as well as a lawn. This is an ideal space to enjoy a spot of lunch or a morning coffee. Roadside parking is available.
