Stunning 6-bedroom holiday cottage in Burstwick, East Yorkshire, perfect for family holidays, celebrations, reunions and group getaways. Sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably (with additional guests by request), this beautifully presented detached cottage combines spacious accommodation with outstanding facilities.

We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs by prior request, there is a £25 fee per dog. To keep our Cottage in a beautiful condition for all guests, we ask that dogs are well behaved and house rules are followed.

As you enter, you’re welcomed by a grand entrance hall, creating an impressive first impression. Designed with families of all ages in mind, the cottage offers six spacious double bedrooms, with three conveniently located on the ground floor and three upstairs. There are four bathrooms in total—two downstairs and two upstairs—with two bedrooms benefiting from en-suite facilities, plus an additional downstairs WC. This thoughtful layout makes Lavender Cottage an excellent choice for multi-generational families, guests with reduced mobility and larger groups.

The heart of the home is the stunning open-plan living space, featuring a spacious lounge that flows effortlessly into a light-filled dining area surrounded by beautiful conservatory-style windows. This leads into the large, fully equipped kitchen with a central island, making it the perfect social hub for cooking, dining and spending quality time together. A separate utility room provides extra convenience during your stay.

Outside, guests can relax in the generous private gardens or unwind in the luxurious hot tub. The separate games room is a real highlight, complete with a pool table, table football, bar area, TV and comfortable seating, providing entertainment for guests of all ages.
