The property is oriented in a south-east facing position and features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a spacious and well-distributed layout with beautiful and cosy furnishings throughout, partly renovated in 2026.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV with a flat screen, as well as a dining room with a dining table that opens directly onto a terrace. This floor also includes 1 double bedroom fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, and a shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, a walk-through room with a panoramic window enjoys both south-facing and east-facing orientations. This floor features 2 double bedrooms: the first is appointed with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to a balcony, while the second contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with WC and a separate WC serve this level.

The second upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, comprises 2 further rooms: one with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and one double bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
