Perfect place to stay when visiting China Peak!

My fiancé and I came for a ski trip and the location of this place was perfect to get us on the slopes at the start of the day and the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes!

Comfy stay

Beautiful cozy condo, felt at home while on vacation. All amenities were available making cooking meals there much easier. If return to Shaver Lake for future vacation will definitely look into staying at CDL again. Thank you!

great little cabin

we had great time during our stay as we visited China peak multiple days to Ski, we enjoyed the quietness of the property/ the amenities and great location. The property was very clean and easy to access which made for a great trip.

Getaway perfection!

As our first time using a short term rental, we could not have asked for a better host! The cabin was beautiful, was in a great location and a wonderful place to unwind and unplug! It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely keep this location in mind whenever we need a quick escape!

Awesome place

Very quiet neighbourhood, very clean and comfortable house, provides everything you need to have a good time there, easy house rules to follow, kitchen was perfect for cooking. We had a great time.

Cute, Quiet, and Adorable Cabin!

It was such a lovely stay at the Casa Del Lago cabin. The place was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities you need. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace was perfect for the cold nights. I highly recommend this place and I can’t wait to go back.

Little get away

Bretz Mill apartment

The place we stayed at was perfect for what we needed; a weekend getaway to the mountains. Place was small but cozy and clean. Had just the right amount of supplies for cooking and I appreciated the decor, which was enough to make it feel home-like. Check-in and out process was also easy.

Great place to stay

The room made you feel at home. Clean & comfortable. All the little decorative pieces really cemented the feeling of being in a cabin in the woods. Location also couldn't have been better right in the middle of the wilderness! Will definitely be visiting again.

Went with my two young kids for a snow weekend. Amazing spot, 1-2 feet of snow in 2 nights. Clean, warm, hot tub was hot. Definitely recommend.

Good location but needs some improvements

The location is fantastic, and the condo was perfect for 2 of us and our dog. I especially appreciate VRBOs that allow pets and the property is super quiet and clean and relaxing. We were disappointed only in that the pellet stove was broken. Our first night no one could come to fix it. Our second night we didn’t make it back in time (before 6pm) because we were out fishing and hiking and exploring. Items should be checked before renting. People pay a lot of money to stay at VRBOs and what is photographed and advertised on the VRBO site should be functioning and in working condition. The bed was also not comfortable nor were the pillows. That’s an easy fix for a VRBO location and for simple satisfaction. We also recommend having some maps and a binder available that list local trails and restaurants and recommendations. The competition is high now on VRBO and other renters are doing great things!

My birthday weekend 10/12

Casa del Lago is a great get away! This was a very cute and comfortable place with everything we needed. It was stock with all kitchen, bathroom and bed amenities. Also the option for a 2pm late check at $17.25 was a nice added benefit. We will for sure stay here again!
