A stylish, beautifully decorated flat in leafy Islington Victorian street, 5 min away from access to central London (Canonbury Station) and Newington Green, which has great breakfast, lunch and dinner places. Small supermarkets and corner shops provide all essentials.

Trendy Upper Street and Church street are walking distance away or easily accessible by bus - with great shopping, bars, restaurants and cinemas (short bus ride).

Arsenal stadium 20 min by public transport or 30 min walk.

Anja has been an Airbnb superhost for many years.

The space
The apartment provides all comforts in a modern, designed interior. A bright, and equipped kitchen / living room provides a comfy Robin Day sofa, Eames rocking chair an antique 'pig bench' as coffee table and eclectic artwork.

The apartment is designed to be a 'home away from home'.

TV with selected movie memberships and Google Home for Spotify music.

A small table and side board is available for home working.

The cosy, quiet bedroom faces a leafy garden. There is space to hang clothes.

A Welcome tray is provided with juice, fruit and biscuits.

Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and breakfast.

Tea choices, coffee, Espresso and milk provided too.

Towels, shampoo and shower gel provided.

A hidden gem with real local appeal. At the area’s heart in Newington Green surrounded by leafy residential streets.
Newington Green has a great selection of bakeries, patisseries, cafes, bars and international and local restaurants and cosy pubs.
Trendy and well-stocked green grocers, fish mongers, butchers, plus small supermarket and corner shops provide all the essentials.

Populated since the fifteenth century, it has a history of raising dissenters and intellectuals such as Daniel Defoe and Mary Wollstonecraft. These days you’re more likely to bump into media people, families and foodies – all attracted by the Green’s village feel.
