Luxury accommodations with a large balcony—a 5-minute walk from the shopping center and train station

A modernly furnished apartment with a spacious living area. A new kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances and kitchenware you need. A dining table with comfortable velvet chairs. A walk-in shower with a large showerhead, perfect for those who love standing under a warm waterfall. A spacious bedroom with a calming interior, blackout curtains, and a king-size bed with hotel-quality pillows for a comfortable night’s sleep.

In the large living room, next to a comfortable seating area for relaxing, there is a sofa bed that converts into a queen-size double bed, with an extra mattress for added comfort.

The apartment is set up to accommodate a maximum of four guests. We provide all the essentials, such as towels and shampoo, so guests don’t have to bring their own unless they prefer to.

Laundry

Laundry facilities are available in the building. They are shared with other apartments, so advance booking is required. Laundry detergent is provided only for stays of seven days or longer. Exceptions may be made.

Parking

Parking can be reserved for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you would like to reserve a parking space for your stay.

Location & Surroundings

The apartment is located close to everyday essentials and public transportation. A shopping center is a 5-minute walk away, while the train station and several bus stops are 3 minutes away. Malmö’s city center and Central Station can be reached in approximately 10–20 minutes by public transportation.

Just outside the residence is a large green space with a playground, an outdoor gym, and barbecue areas. A gas station is located right next to the property.

House Rules

- No parties, events, or gatherings.

- Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. Additional guests must be approved in advance.

- Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially at night.

- No smoking inside the apartment.

- Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior approval.

- Please take care of the apartment and report any damage or accidents.

- No illegal activities are permitted.

- All guests included in the reservation must follow the house rules.
