There are two private parking spaces available in front of the property. One space is dedicated to Serenity House, and the second space belongs to the flat downstairs.
At the moment, there is no one living in the downstairs flat, so you may be able to use the second parking space if needed — please just send me a quick message before parking there to confirm availability.
