Fully refurbished in 2022, the property features tasteful and cosy furnishings throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

On the main level, you are welcomed into a spacious living and dining room appointed with a Scandinavian wood stove, perfect for relaxed evenings in. From this floor, you also have direct access to a 25 m2 terrace furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a very beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Also on this level is 1 bedroom fitted with 1 double bed, as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 10 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. A shower room with WC completes the main floor.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a hand basin and a separate WC, along with a direct exit to the garden, providing a pleasant outdoor space for leisure and relaxation.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms: 1 room with 2 single beds and 2 further rooms each furnished with 1 double bed. A full bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and WC serves this floor.
