Nestled in lush greenery, flowers and scents, the key fields is located on a more than 2 hectares property where also our home. We fell in love with this place, because he has the gift to offer a gentle interlude in each ...

We welcome guests today, overnight visitors, hikers, because we seemed natural to share this location, source of calm, serenity, healing, reunions with family or friends.

This is a somewhat magical place! Overlooking the valley it offers an exceptional view, in the shade of ancient oaks one would relax and enjoy the calming they provide, strolling in the park where children and adults depending on the season, like picking raspberries there , strawberries, figs and hazelnuts ...

The fully secured pool has a great view. We share it with our guests while respecting the serenity.

Within a radius of 15km around the key fields are the most famous of the Perigord Vert sites Brantôme 'Venice of the Perigord the' castles Puyguilhem, Bourdeilles, Villars cave rock paintings and mineral concretions reign supreme, the beautiful village of St. Jean de Cole, Périgueux and its Gallo-Roman ruins, etc. Green Périgord is also countless activities: canoeing on the Dronne or Lisle, Hiking or mountain biking, swimming and water games, Vélorail ...

The 70m2 house consists of a large living room (with extra bed, sofa bed, TV, DVD player, stereo). It is also composed of a wood stove for the cooler evenings in autumn or winter, where one enjoys seeing the dancing flames and hear the wood crackling. A fully equipped kitchen: gas stove with gas oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, crockery and various utensils (blender, pressure cooker, etc.), dishwasher, washing machine. A bathroom with double sinks and shower, independent toilet. 2 bedrooms with double beds and at your disposal all the baby equipment (high chair, changing table, bathtub, cot) graciously lent.

The cottage besides all the green space available, also has a private terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and Chilean.

We rent the house in the week, but also for the weekend, midweek or night.

We also rent the 2 rooms per night.

We hebben hier twee weken doorgebracht. Één dag voor aankomst toch nog even gevraagd of er beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig waren. De bedden waren op de foto's wel opgemaakt. Het bleek er dus ook niet bij te zitten en moestenbij betalen. Hou hier dus rekening mee! Onze foto's zijn van NA eindschoonmaak.Bij aankomst stond er een leuke attentie voor ons klaar. Op de site stond dat Loïc Frans en Engels sprak maar helaas bleek hij nauwelijks Engels te kunnen en wij nauwelijks Frans. Met gebaren begrepen we elkaar wel. Het huis is op zijn Frans ingericht. Eenvoudig maar prima de doen. Wel vonden we de meubels en het servies sterk verouderd. Veel glazen/kopjes/kommen met breuk. Het zwembad was heerlijk! Het loopt af waardoor het steeds dieper wordt tot ongeveer 1,50 cm. (Peuters en kinderen zonder diploma kan je beter wel bandjes om doen.) Hier brachten we het grootste gedeelte van de dag door met het gezin. Er is een BBQ, koelkast en toillet bij het zwembad waar je gebruik van mag maken. Loic was zelf ook met vakantie dus we hadden het zwembad helemaal voor ons alleen. Wel liep er op maandag zomaar iemand rond om een rondleiding te geven en kwam op dinsdag bekende van Loïc met de kinderen om gebruik te maken van het huis en zwembad... dit zonder enig bericht naar ons toe. Supermarkt in de buurt Lidl op 13 minuten rijden. Tips in de omgeving: Brantôme, Périgueux, château Hautefort, Château Puyguilhem, grotte de villars, Vélorail Périgord.

Logement correct

Loïc est un hôte très accueillant qui a essayé de nous rendre le séjour agréable. Le logement se trouve dans un cadre reposant. Ce serait bien de rafraîchir les photos de l'annonce sur le site.

Superbe maison!

Wat een heerlijk huis voorzien van alle comfort in een rustige omgeving. Het overdekt terras zorgt voor schaduw tijdens zonnige dagen. Het zwembad is naast het huis met ligstoelen, koelkast, eettafel en zelfs toilet. Vlakbij zijn mooie stadjes, grotten en kastelen en iets verder bevindt de toeristische streek rond Sarlat. De streek is bebost, dus af en toe zie je wel een vos of ree. De eigenaars zijn erg sympathiek en begaan met de huurders zonder opdringerig te worden. Een absolute aanrader! Quelle maison agréable avec tout confort dans une environnement calme. La terrasse donne de l'ombre pendant les journées ensoleillées. La piscine est à coté de la maison avec des chaises longues, frigo, table en même un toilette. Près on peut visiter des grottes, beaux petits villages et chateaux. Un peu plus loin on peut vistiter la région touristique autour de Sarlat. La région est boisé, on peut u voir une renard ou chevreuil. Les propriétaires sont trés sympa en sont engagés avec les locataires sans être intrusif. A recommander!

Très belle impression , dans un écrin de verdure et au calme - accueil des propriétaires chaleureux et de bons conseils (sites à visiter - restaurants, etc...) location bien entretenue et très agréable . Le plus la piscine .
