Beautifully appointed lakefront House

A extended Family of ten was perfect for this beautiful lake front house. All the pictures told the true story of this house. The kitchen was totally equipped with anything you may need. Nice appliances too. Immaculately, clean and tidy. Sitting right on the lake with a dock for your boat. Many water toys for the kids that kept them busy riding the kayaks, paddle boards, and the pedal boat. Highly recommend this house. I hope we get back again another year. Hannah (owner) was quick to respond to any of my questions.

best lake stay

We loved our stay at scenic, uncrowded Palmer Lake. Our families enjoyed the spacious house with beautiful views. It was thoughtfully stocked including things you didn't know you needed! Hannah was very responsive and incredibly easy to communicate with. Thank you, we will be back!

Beautiful quiet retreat

My group of life long childhood friends had a great time at the lake house. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the scenery was and how quiet it is. The weather was all over the place, so it was nice have a well laid out indoor space for us to shelter and socialize. It certainly was a big hit and we look forward to possibly returning in the years to come!

Fun and beautiful vacation site for our family.

Hannah was amazing answering all my questions and giving information. Our extended family was there, 6 adults and 2 children. The house was a great set up with bedrooms and bathrooms equipped for all. The kitchen had appliances, cookware, dishes and everything you will need. The set up at the house is great for this number of people and we could all visit and relax with plenty of room. Great deck overlooking the lake with lots of seating and a table for eating inside and out. The lake and surrounding area is just awesome and provided many good times. We used the dock to fish, kayak, paddle board and swim. The week just could not have been better!

Great place for families

Perfect Getaway from Life

We had a great stay at this beautifully updated lake home. Kitchen had all utensils, bakeware, and bowls we needed and all bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bath towels and bedding were high quality-and there were more than enough beach towels. So much nature all around-deer, raccoons, bald eagles, and osprey-it was so nice to be in the middle of nowhere at a time like this. Lake was plenty warm for swimming at all hours of the day and night and the outdoor space had great chairs, a paddle boat, and the dock with ladder was where we spent most of our time. Very remote-we did not have cell service but the WiFi worked great and it was a great excuse to unplug!

Spending Quality Quiet Time with the Smallmouth Bass

Great getaway during the midst of an overall bad time in human history. Location hard to beat no matter what. Would love to see the new dock available next May--hoping to book a week later to maybe time the fish better; hard to get it right from year-to year!

Perfect Family Vacation Destination

We had an excellent time at this Palmer Lake Vacation home! The bedding, towels, and bathroom supplies were great quality and well stocked . The aesthetics and decorating was very well done. Having both the upstairs and downstairs living areas made it nice for those that needed some quiet space to relax while games and other activity was happening in the other area. Having multiple fridges made it nice to not have to run out for groceries as often. The lake and the view of the lake was amazing with hot weather the whole week and a half we were there.

Everything exceeded our expectations! From the comfy beds to the spectacular lake view! I almost don’t want to share how fabulous this place is as I know it’s going to book up fast! Hannah is a joy to deal with and her place is the perfect lake paradise that you didn’t even know you needed!!

Beautiful and Breathtaking getaway!

My BFF and I celebrated her retirement here! We laughed, reminisced, relaxed, played the arcade, took long walks while enjoying the beautiful fall scenery and wildlife. This house is amazing, spacious, very clean, huge kitchen, new appliances with lots of dishes and cooking utensils. Cooked up a storm while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. I enjoyed a good nights rest, the beds are very comfortable in the beautiful decorated bedrooms. Words can't describe the beautiful breathtaking scenery. We didn't want to leave, making memories is what its all about. Can't wait to come back, Thanks for the memories!

Fun relaxing summer vacation

Fantastic home beautiful beach the water was like glass perfect for paddleboarding. I didn't water Ski but others in our group did they said it was the best lake ever for it. The kids had a great time playing in the water and many nights playing the arcade machine. Plenty to do for all. We plan on coming back next year.

Beautiful Cozy Getaway

We stayed here with our 3 kids and our friends and their two kids and had an AMAZING getaway. The beauty of this spot cannot even be put into words. The house is surrounding by beautiful snow-topped mountains (across the lake and behind the house). It almost felt like we could have been in Switzerland or something. My friend and I took walks every day down the road and enjoyed the quiet and beauty of the surrounding nature. We saw a ton of deer, quail, eagles...wildlife is not hard to come by. The kids spent hours each day sledding down the hill in the spacious yard. For the inside, I have to start by saying everything was so clean! I've been to other vacation rentals that were not and it's hard to feel at home when it's not. We spent most of the time relaxing inside, cozied up on the couch in front of the fire, reading books and hanging out or playing games. The kitchen is absolutely AMAZING - fun to cook meals and there is absolutely everything you need (and it's all good quality stuff.) The video game arcade was a big hit as well, with the kids and adults! I can't say enough about this place, it truly felt like home the minute we got there and we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely plan a trip to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake! We live close to the border in Western WA and took Hwy 3 in Canada which was quicker for us than going Hwy 2. The Nighthawk border is only 10 minutes away from the house. The drive was absolutely gorgeous as well so that's definitely a plus.

The property is amazing mtns. & lake breath taking

The House has been recently remodeled very clean felt absolutely comfortable, beds were amazing. We stayed there with 2 families 5 Kids from ages 4 to 10 everyone had a great time(9 of us). Huge yard we sledded for hours on end kids had a great time perfect amount of hills . They had satellite with DVR and sports package didn't miss one Bowl game while out playing in the snow. Kitchen was amazing for cooking and entertaining and a great down stairs with TV and games for Dads and kids when Moms where ready to get rid of us. We cant wait to go back to play in the water and do some fishing. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away and have a great spot to vacation.
