Cute little condo with a beautiful ocean view. The pool was great and you can snorkel right in front of the property. It’s about a mile to the ferry so you can walk to restaurants and shopping weather permitting but I would suggest a car. I would stay here again in the future.

Snorkel, swim, lounge, walk to town. Paradise.

Great pool, private beach along rocks to lounge, access to sea by ladder, snorkel, beautiful water, walk or bike to town, close to airport, and paradise. Nice people, security at building, and clean. Recommended!

The location is perfect. You can walk to town but it is not in the heart of centro so it is nice and quiet without cruise crowds around. Taxis are readily available if preferred. Lovely views from the balconies. Good size pool overlooking water. Plenty of beach chairs for lounging. The apartment is clean with large comfortable bed, nice linens, hot water and good water pressure. I would stay here again.

Great location!

We spent a week at Tito’s and had a wonderful time. The location is so close to many beach restaurants, town and anything you would want to see. Just as good is the pool, lounge area. The snorkelling off the condo is amazing - be sure to bring your gear!

Fabulous condo with everything we needed!

Ocean views from the living room and bedroom. Incredible snorkeling right out front. When we were there the pool was warm. 24 hour security. The condo had a well stocked kitchen and other useful items like a mini-cooler, beach chairs, ect. The shower was hot! This was not our first time staying at Suites Turquesa but we will definitely try to book this particular condo again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Great Location!

This is a cozy condo in a small and quiet building. The pool and "beach" area were never crowded. Great snorkeling right off the rock wall with easy access. Also convenient to food and shopping down the road a few minutes. This is a great place for a couple to stay!

Super stay in Titos

Well appointed suite and well taken care of by Eloise the manager, always helpful and the attentive owners. Private balconies to enjoy the lovely ocean views, comfy bed, even a full size fridge very rare in these units. Look forward to staying here again!

Suites Turquesa is wonderful.

We have stayed at various condos at Suites Turquesa and will return. The beach area is wonderful and we love to just jump in to snorkel or cool off. It is quiet and all of the guests are fun to visit with. The local is great too and it is easy to get anywhere from ST. Highly recommend.

Wonderful 20th Anniversary Trip

Property was clean, had everything we needed and more, owners were very responsive, and on site staff was helpful and friendly! Location was perfect and a quick walk to restaurants and shopping but much quieter than the larger resorts which we wanted. People we met on site were return visitors. The snorkeling was amazing! We saw a sea turtle, manta ray, stingrays, eels, and many beautiful fish! La Moninas was our go to restaurant for great food and drinks which was a short walk. This made our Anniversary one to remember!

Tito's Paradise

Wonderful location on the island. Amazing snorkeling right out the back door with clean pool & beach. Calm area between 2 big tourist areas with good, cheap restaurants close by. Long walk to nearest grocery store was kind of a bummer & kitchen could have used a cart or island for the toaster oven & toaster & the deck chairs were decomposing. Otherwise, great place to spend a week in Cozumel

Perfect apartment in the perfect location!

This is a modern, super clean, lovely apartment with excellent amenities -- good Wifi, Netflix, comfortable bed, A/C in both rooms, strong water pressure, and well-stocked kitchen -- in a very well-maintained complex on a beautiful stretch of water. The walk to town is an easy 15-minute stroll (10 if you're New Yorkers like us!), so you're close to everything but in a peaceful location. Alex and Spela were terrific hosts, helpful and responsive without being at all intrusive.

I live in Cozumel but booked Tito’s Paradise for a weekend treat to myself. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning and the water was clear blue and perfect for snorkeling. The outdoor lounge area was much bigger than I was expecting with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The apartment was super cute and clean. The kitchen was nicely equipped, the a/c was cold and the bed was super comfy. Checking in was simple and all communication with the owners was quick. I would definitely recommend this rental and will likely book again.

We had a great stay at Tito's! Met alot of really wonderful people and saw alot of amazing critters snorkeling. Many great places to grab a bite to eat nearby and a couple.of very nice grocery stores on the island. We did some cooking in the unit and had everything we needed. One thing for us that didn't work in our favor was the bed was very hard as was the couch. Not a deal breaker, but definitely something to know if you are like my husband and I and get a backache easily. Other than that, everything was wonderful! Thanks for sharing your sunny aaradise with us!

Tito's Oceanside Paradise

This lovely 1 bedroom condo is absolutely delightful! We greatly appreciated all the homey touches (sectional couch, massive SMART TV with Netflix, dining room table & supplies for 4, beach towels, and blackout blinds in bedroom). The view from the balconies and pool is gorgeous and provide the perfect place to absorb the Cozumel sunsets. It's location in Suites Turquesa is just minutes from downtown and provides plenty of opportunities to meet other Cozumel enthusiasts around the pool. The small, sandy beach=type beyond the pool area leads to two easy access ladders to the gorgeous ocean for swimming or snorkeling. We love this vacation spot and cannot wait to return! Tips: Accessing the condo requires navigating stairs. There is street parking in front of the building for rental cars. The pool can be a little challenging to get out of if you are not all that agile (no steps into it.)

Great property, near ports, airport, downtown, right on the beach , perfect snorkeling spot, clean pool, clean room, big bed, friendly staff who spike english and spanish, safe neighborhood, parking spots for our rental car, safe with a key in the room, big gluffy towels for both the bathroom and the pool and beach, many pillows for the bed, perfect views of the sunset, highly recommend

While the condo is small we were there only to sleep. It was quiet and the staff were amazing! can' wait to go back. Easy access to the water and some of the best snorkeling right there.

This was our first visit to Cozumel. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect spot to discover the island. The property is immaculate and everyone we met at the pool or beach were kind and helpful. Snorkeling off the property was a particular highlight of the visit and having two balconies to watch the sunsets made for a perfect ending to our adventure in Mexico.

Relaxation in the sun

This is our 2nd time to stay here and it is everything you could hope for . The snorkeling right off the property is the best we have seen . The location is perfect walking distance to eateries, swimming and shopping . This is a beautiful place in paradise and hopefully we can make it back again!

Great stay

Stayed at Tito’s for a week, great place! Perfect for 2 people, plenty of space to move around and be comfortable. A/C worked great and lots of hot water. Felt very safe, a short walk to a few restaurants and into town. Condo had cooking supplies to cook simple meals along with other kitchen supplies (just as the description says). Pool area very clean and maintained. Snorkeling just a few steps away. Quiet complex with many return vacationers. Hoping to book again next year!!

オーナー : Spela and Alejandro

Hi, we´re Alejandro Magaña and Spela Mihelac, the owners of Tito´s Paradise. Before we came to live on this paradise island called Cozumel, Alejandro was a teacher and headmaster of a private school in his hometown Monterrey and Spela was a book editor and translator in her native country, Slovenia. On Cozumel our life revolved around cooking (together they authored a comprehensive Mexican cookbook) and diving (Alejandro is a scuba instructor). Tito´s Paradise got its name after Tito Cocinerito, their pick up and delivery cooking business on the island.
