Old Inlet Bookshop、マーメイドカフェ、B＆Bは、ホーマーのダウンタウンのメインストリートにあり、ビーチへ向かうスターリングハイウェイのすぐそばにあります。 修復された歴史的なログキャビンには、ほとんどのジャンルで質の高い中古本を提供する中古書店があります。 隣には、ランチとディナーを提供するマーメイドカフェがあります。 上層階には魅力的なビクトリア様式の建築物であるマーメイドB＆Bがあり、地元のアートワークが特徴です。

マーメイドベッド＆ブレックファーストは、ホーマーの旧市街の森に囲まれたプライベートな雰囲気の中で、ベッドルームにクイーンサイズのポスチュペディックベッドとリビングルームにフルサイズの折りたたみ式布団を置くための美しい清潔な場所です。 ダイニングルームは、Kachemak湾と山々と氷河を越えて見渡す窓があるタレットの中にあります。 キッチンには設備が完備されており、食事を準備するのに必要なものがすべてあります。 プライベートデッキには5つのホットタブがあり、1日の心配を洗い流して洗い流すことができます。一方、飲み物や素晴らしい海/山の景色を楽しむことができます。

Perfect spot in Homer. Beautiful view of the Kenai Mountains across the Kachemak Bay and close to the Beach for an evening walk. Great Restaurants close too. Loved the Wildlife Refuge Visitors Center and Board Walk, also walking distance.

The property was just as listed. The place is located a few blocks from the water. The book store was a great place to browse.Andy and Sally were wonderful hosts! We loved the spot and would highly recommend to others. Great views.

I honestly have nothing but good things to say about my week-long stay at this beautiful place. The apartment was super comfortable and lovely to spend time in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedroom was cozy, and the window-filled breakfast nook was the BEST! My hosts were helpful and responsive, and very welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever have the pleasure of visiting beautiful Homer again.

Staying at The Mermaid, located over the Old Inlet Bookshop, was dream come true! As an avid reader and lover of all bookstores, discovering comfortable, clean accommodations with a view of Kachemak Bay located over a bookstore was better than I ever hoped for! Hosts Andy and Sally went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed. In addition to fresh flowers on the table, Sally also left a nice welcome note, a basket of fruit, and blueberry scones. I enjoyed the convenient location to "Old Town" area where we were only about a 5-10 minute walk from Wild Honey Bistro (coffee shop) and a few other restaurants. Also, Bishop's Beach is just a couple of minutes past the coffee shop. Great for a morning walk -- and tide pools! Thanks to Andy for recommending The Broken Oar for dinner, we had one of the best meals of our entire Alaska vacation!

The place is so cute. The view of the mountains and water is beautiful. The bookstore is great to explore but too many other things to do. Hostvery relaxed but helpful. Kitchen is great but went out to eat, Broken Oar on Spit has a limited menu but everything is good. Twisted goat has Salmon pizza and many more unique pizza topping plus fish.

Absolutely the space we were looking for. True to its word. Andy is a wonderful guy and perfect host. Available when needed, out of sight otherwise. Clean, warm & spacious. The only place I will forever stay when in Homer.

Lovely place to stay while in Homer

Enjoyed our stay and the very comfortable and cozy apartment. Great location within a few blocks of Bishops Beach as well as town. Will stay here again next time I visit!

Beautiful apartment. Most convenient location in town. Incredible view of the mountains. But Andrew and Sally and the girls made the trip one I will never forget. Just wonderful people. I look forward to seeing them all again soon.

This was our best stay in Alaska. It is very conveniently located, it is so cozy and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The dining area allowed us to enjoy a peaceful vista. There was an eagle nest out back and we were able to observe the comings and goings of the eagles. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals at home. The host was generous with providing coffee and many goodies. It has beautiful art work and is on top of an amazing bookstore. You can walk to the beach and visit some interesting art galleries along the way. Fat Olives is up the street and has wonderful Italian food and pizza. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it. We took a seaplane with Emerald Air to Katmai and saw heaps of bears. This location is very conveniently located near the seaplane offices.
